What kind of a person would rejoice at others’ misery?

There are a lot of nasty people in Zionist Israel but Moshe Feiglin must surely be near the top of the list.

The former member of the Israeli parliament (the Knesset) rejoiced at the deadly explosions in Beirut in an interview with a local radio station in Tel Aviv.

Member of the ruling Likud party, Feiglin declared the devastating explosion of August 4 in Beirut as a “gift” from God in time for the Jewish festival Tu B’Av!

To make his intentions clear, he also posted a message on his Facebook page.

Feiglin thanked God that the deadly blast took place in Beirut, and claimed it was just in time for Tu B’Av, which is a festival of love.

The occasion is celebrated with dancing, handing out flowers and singing.

Dancing and celebrating somebody’s misery is a pretty strange way of expressing love.

Did Facebook take down the racist message?

Perish the thought. After all, the victims are Arabs and their lives are insignificant.

“Today is Tu B’Av, a day of joy, and a true and huge thank you to G-d and all the geniuses and heroes really (!) who organized for us this wonderful celebration in honor of the day of love,” Feiglin said.

He added to speculation that the explosion was not an accident.

Various unconfirmed theories are being floated about a missile hitting the 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate stored in a warehouse at Beirut port.

Beirut port is under the control of former prime minister Saad Hariri’s Future movement.

Feiglin claimed he had “experience” in explosives.

He went on: “You don’t really believe that this was some messy fuel warehouse, yeah? Do you understand that this hell was supposed to fall on us as a rain of missiles?! I have some experience with explosives. The largest explosion I took part in was 2.5 tons of TNT.”

He added: “What we saw yesterday [August 4] at the Port of Beirut was much bigger. The destructive effect (without the radiation) was like a nuclear bomb.”

Without showing even an iota of empathy for the innocent victims—some 200 dead, more than 6,000 injured and 300,000 left homeless—Feiglin said he hoped Israel was responsible for the blast.

He said he was allowed to “rejoice” that it was Beirut and not Tel Aviv.

“If it was us, and I hope it was us [who carried out the blast], then we should be proud of it, and with that we will create a balance of terror. By avoiding saying it’s us – we are putting ourselves on the dark side of morality,” Feiglin proudly declared.

Feiglin and his ilk have a strange notion of morality.

There was not a word of condemnation from the self-proclaimed Zionist human rights organizations.

They are quick to scream ‘anti-semitism’ if someone criticizes Israel but Feiglin’s racist anti-human comments elicited not a whisper.
