As we mark the end of the month of Ramadan, we wish all our readers, supporters and friends a Happy Eid.

As Muslims worldwide mark the end of the month of Ramadan, the month of the Qur'an, the month of extra prayers and the month of struggle against injustice and tyranny, we wish all our readers a Happy Eid.

We write this with a heavy heart amid all the blood-letting and killings, amid all the suffering and tears and amid all the heart-aches that the Muslim world is experiencing.

We pray to Almighty Allah to have mercy on His Ummah and help them against the oppressors, exploiters and tyrants. There is no place on earth that appears safe for Muslims anymore.
