There can never be peace in a world if it is dominated by a single superpower as was the case until recently. For nearly two decades, the US held sway and we see the death and destruction American warlords have inflicted on the world. In a multi-polar world, such rogues can be held in check. Luckily, a multipolar world is not only emerging, it has actually become a reality. This will help usher in a less violent world.
