Letters To The Editor

America can no longer scare others into towing its line through its military might.

Even if we dislike President Barack Obama, we must give him credit for not launching another war, this time in Syria. There was no shortage of warmongers, especially the Zionists pushing him into another war that would have caused immense destruction in Syria and also further bankrupted America. True, Obama did not desist because he has suddenly been converted to peace. The grim reality of US economy and total failures of military adventures abroad, in Iraq and Afghanistan, have driven home the point that America can no longer dictate to others.

Russia and Islamic Iran were also instrumental in making Obama realize that such adventurism would cost the US dearly. The fact that Obama resisted the warmongers, aided by massive opposition of the American people as well as, surprisingly, the US Congress, helped him in standing up to the Zionist blackmailers. All he now has to do is to stand up to the Zionists on other issues as well. He must not sacrifice the interests of the American people for the parasitical state of Israel.
