Naftali Bennett, Israel’s prime minister-in-waiting, is a self-confessed terrorist.
“I have killed lots of Arabs in my life and there’s no problem with that,” he boasted in 2013, according to a HuffPost story, based on a report in the Hebrew language newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth.
Son of North American immigrants from California, Bennett insisted in an interview with Al Jazeera in 2017 that God promised the land of Palestine to the Jews.
He resorted to the Bible to justify his outlandish claims to Palestine.
Based on this self-serving reading of the Bible, Bennett has stated categorically, “The land is ours. I will do everything in my power, forever, to fight against a Palestinian state being founded in the Land of Israel.”
In Bennett’s formulation, God is unjust (astaghfirullah); that He has favourites.
And He awards land to people in perpetuity, even those that do not adhere to any of God’s commands.
Did God promise this land to gun-toting hustlers and thieves?
Many Jewish people that read the Bible accurately reject such claims.
Bennett’s boast to have “killed many Arabs” came after he declared during a cabinet meeting his backing for killing Palestinian prisoners, rather than bringing them to trial.
In response to a proposal in the Israeli cabinet on July 28, 2013 to release 104 Palestinian prisoners, Bennett had said that “If you catch terrorists, you have to simply kill them.”
At the time, he was Israel’s minister of Industry, Trade and Labor in the Netanyahu regime.
A leading advocate of illegal Israeli settlements, Bennett was commando in the Israeli army.
Peddling Zionist mythology, he also insists, “Jerusalem has been our capital for 3,800 years and it’s going to be our capital for eternity.”
Except that this claim is completely false.
Israel has not existed for 3,800 years and it is not likely to survive another 20 years unless it changes its racist and oppressive conduct.
Even if we were to attribute the rule of father and son Prophets Daud and Sulaiman (as), some 2,500 years ago, to Jewish history, it lasted for a total of 73 years.
These noble prophets are not exclusive to the Jewish people; Muslims also revere them as great prophets of God.
So, where did the 3,800-year claim to Jerusalem come from, notwithstanding Bennett’s fertile imagination?
These are the kinds of lies the Zionists peddle.
The world, however, is waking up to such fraudulent claims.
While few would mourn the departure of Benjamin Netanyahu from the scene, the Palestinians do not view the emergence of a “new coalition government” is Israel as changing anything.
In fact, all it does is, change faces but with even more extremist figures coming to power.
It is incredible to note how many extremists and terrorists the Zionist state has produced.
Zionism is a racist ideology that has created a monstrous colonial settler entity in occupied Palestine and insist on calling it Israel.
How else does one explain illegal immigrants from North America, Europe and Russia laying claim to the land of the indigenous Palestinian people peddling the notion that God promised them this land even while they don’t believe in God?
Without defeating and dismantling this monstrous ideology, there will be no peace in the holy land.
The day when Zionism is defeated is fasting approaching, insha’Allah.
