Letters To The Editor

The plight of Syrian people has moved this reader to call for an end to violence and the start of a genuine dialogue between all parties in the country.

It is extremely depressing to see so much suffering in Syria. Thousands of people have died as a direct result of foreign interference; hundreds of thousands have become refugees. Whose interest does it serve? Certainly not the Syrian people. The foreign sponsor, be they Arabian monarchies, imperialists, Zionists or Turks all have their own agendas. The only solution to the tragedy is a dialogue between all parties in Syria to arrive at a political solution.
