While March 20 will mark 20 years of the illegal invasion and destruction of Iraq by western hegemons, it is also important to not forget that heinous crimes were perpetrated in Iraq against innocent civilians.

The easy part for the collective west was to overthrow the regime of dictator Saddam Husain. The invasion unleashed forces that have shaken the very foundations of the western-crafted world order. A multipolar world order is in the making.

The Prophet (pbuh) was chosen by Allah for a divinely-ordained mission. He received guidance from on high but on worldly matters he consulted his companions. Unless divinely instructed, he allowed them to decide on issues through mutual consultation.
