Enabling Investment Group (EIG) provides training for persons who want to learn how to better prepare a business plan for their own startup ventures and for persons who want to learn how to train others to develop business plans.

This one hour online workshop runs for two weeks during which participants will meet once per week for one hour each session.

Participants will:

Learn how to develop and communicate a value proposition for a startup venture

Learn how to determine ways the venture can create value for itself while providing value to the customer

Learn how to identify key resources needed to deliver the customer value proposition profitably

Learn how to make the profitable delivery of the customer value proposition repeatable and sustainable
