Leadership is a learned attribute. People do not have to be born with specific traits of a leader. Instead, leadership emerges in those who constantly test themselves through real-world experiences and who strive to understand who they are at their core.
This workshop consists of a series of learning by doing activities that are designed to provide opportunities for participants to work together to address real issues. Online sessions run for 4 weeks during which participants will meet once per week for one hour each session.
Participants will:
Learn how to gather a broad range of data and look for patterns, relationships, and linkages that help explain things
Learn how to develop a strategy for achieving desired change
Learn how to change systems and structures that seriously undermine the desired change
