To his long list of misdemeanors, Donald Trump has added another: child abuser. The Trump regime has snatched 2,300 children from their Mexican parents since April. The majority of parents were forcibly pushed back across the border making it virtually impossible for children to be re-united with them. In his characteristic arrogance, Trump blamed Mexican parents for the children’s plight. “Why do they bring these children here?” he snorted.
Another 6,000 children are unaccounted for since they were separated from their mothers last year and are presumed lost. The US Department of Health and Human Services cannot reach the sponsors of these children. This is part of Trump’s “zero tolerance” policy on undocumented aliens crossing the US-Mexico border.
Mexican children have been locked up in cages in appalling conditions, often in scorching desert camps. Videos of screaming children seeking their mothers have gone viral on the internet evoking global outrage, including from the pope.
Initially, Trump breathed fire and said he would not allow “illegal” immigrants to abuse the US system. He has used racist language to describe Mexicans and immigrants from “s---hole countries” in Africa.
He said he would like to get immigrants from Norway (white skin, blonde hair, blue eyes). The Norwegians, however, do not want to come to a s---hole country like the US!
Under pressure, he has been forced to rescind the policy of child snatching but the innocent children have already suffered immense psychological trauma.By their vote, the people of Lebanon have reposed full confidence in the resistance.
