Muslims are suffering everywhere but the regimes’ silence is deafening. Why?

It is heartbreaking to see Muslims suffer in so many different places all over the world. The people of Palestine and Kashmir have suffered decades of foreign occupation. Add to that the suffering of people in Burma (Rohingya Muslims), Syria, Iraq and now Yemen at the hands of so-called Muslims. Why are Muslim rulers so callous to inflict such harm? They are often seen praying and most probably also fast in Ramadan. What is purpose of these rituals when they are involved in inflicting such harm on other Muslims or ignoring their plight?
