As if the brutal murder of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis was not bad enough, Donald Trump and his fascist regime tried to justify the killing.

The mother of three was shot while inside her car during an encounter with multiple ICE agents in Minneapolis.

She had just dropped off her son at school when ICE agents confronted her and told her to move.

As Ms Good started to drive, an ICE agent, his face covered, shot her at close range.

While the Trump regime has tried to hide his identity, and even justified the killing, the Minnesota Star Tribune identified the killer as Jonathan David Ross, a 10-year law enforcement veteran.

Revelations about Ross’s past have only raised more disturbing questions about the Trump regime’s rush to justify the killing.

Court records show that Ross was previously involved in a violent 2025 arrest in Bloomington in which the agent was dragged by a fleeing suspect.

Trump called Ms Good a “terrorist”.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem, an Israeli citizen, claimed on January 7 that deadly force is justified when faced with a weapon.

Noem and other members of the Trump regime claimed the woman had “weaponized her vehicle” and that the ICE agent acted in self-defense.

Local leaders and eyewitnesses, however, reject those claims and describe the shooting as reckless.

Videos captured by bystanders also raise questions about federal agents’ use of force.

Ms. Good was trying to leave.

Her red SUV was turning away.

An agent approached the passenger side, phone in hand, moved toward the front of the vehicle, and fired four shots as the car pulled off.

Good crashed moments later.

She never made it home to her children.

Mayor Jacob Frey was so furious at this brutal murder of a mother in his city that he did not mince words.

In a blunt message to Washington he said, “To ICE—get the f*ck out of Minneapolis.”

Large protests erupted not only in Minneapolis but also in New York City, Chicago and Portland, OR.

Many protesters voiced anger over the brutal murder of Ms Good and the presence of ICE agents in their own communities.

On January 8, demonstrations continued in Minneapolis.

Federal law enforcement officers were seen clashing with protesters and bystanders on at least two occasions.

More protests are planned across the US over the weekend.

Minneapolis has a horrific history of police brutality.

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd was stangled to death when a police officer pinned him under his knee.

Floyd repeatedly told the police officer Derek Chauvin he “couldn’t breathe” but the officer did not care.

For nine minutes he kept pressing his knee into Floyd’s neck until the poor man suffocated to death.

It sparked several days of protests and rioting.

In April 2021, Chauvin was convicted of murder and manslaughter in Floyd’s death.

He was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison.

In Ross’s case, it is unlikely whether he will face justice.

The federal government is stonewalling any serious investigation already branding Ms. Good as a “terrorist” and Ross as a “hero”.

The FBI has refused to involve Minnesota authorities in the investigation.

This is what Minnesota Governor Tim Walz said about the FBI investigation of the shooting: “It feels very, very difficult that we will get a fair outcome.”

The federal government is even threatening local officials to stand down.

One ray of hope is that on Capitol Hill, Democrats have begun floating the idea of cutting DHS funding.

Whether it will materialize is a big question mark.

What is established beyond doubt is that Trump is an absolute fascist and a mass murderer.

And he supports murderers.

He is pushing the US toward civil war.

That appears to be his gameplan: Create so much chaos both at home and abroad that it provides justification for him not to hold elections in three years’ time.

America is not a democracy; it has never been.

Its ugly fascist nature is now becoming apparent to all people, including the Americans.
