When is genocide not called genocide? When the perpetrators are Americans, Israeli Zionists, and now, the Najdi Bedouins in illegal occupation of the Arabian Peninsula. The Najdi Bed-ouins’ (aka “Saudis”) attack on the residential neighborhood of Salah district in Yemen’s Ta’iz province killed 65 people on August 23. Those murdered in the latest “Saudi” onslaught were all civilians, mainly women and children.

Since the Najdi Bedouins launched their murderous onslaught on Yemen, the poorest country in the Muslim East (aka the Middle East), on March 26, at least 4,500 people have been killed, according to World Health Organization estimates. Locals put the death toll at more than 6,000. The UN says at least 400 children have been killed, again a grossly underestimated figure. And then what about the numbers of injured and dislocated?

More than half of Yemen’s population is food deficient and the country is on the verge of famine. Like the Israeli Zionists’ attack on Gaza, power plants are deliberately targeted. This prevents water purification resulting in water-borne diseases. Medicines are withheld so the injured cannot be treated. Saudi crimes in Yemen are on par with that of the Zionists in Gaza. Why are Western media outlets — indeed even Muslim media outlets like al-Jazeera — silent about these crimes against humanity? The Najdi Bedouins are guilty of genocide in Yemen. They should be put on trial for war crimes.
