Pakistan has been wracked by sectarian violence and while the terrorists are well known to the authorities, little is being done to apprehend much less punish them.

Pakistan is being torn apart by sectarian violence. Why aren’t the perpetrators of such crimes being arrested? I find it hard to believe that law enforcement agencies do not know who the perpetrators are. It is also hard to believe that they are afraid of the terrorists. There must be other reasons why these terrorists can strike anywhere with such impunity. The targeting of Shi‘is is a deliberate policy to sow discord among people to ultimately destroy Pakistan. There is definitely a foreign hand involved.
