The people of Yemen have suffered grievously at the hands of the Saudi aggressors. They will, however, not achieve their “objectives”, whatever they are.
The Saudi regime announced an end to aerial attacks on Yemen on April 21 but the bombings continue. What did they achieve apart from killing a lot of civilians, among them many children and women? While claiming to have achieved their “objectives,” they never spelled out what they were. One objective — restoring the fugitive ex-president ‘Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi to power — has not been achieved. Saudi aggression has also exposed many of its so-called intellectuals who supported the war.
