Justice-loving people all over the world have had no illusions about Zionist Israel’s apartheid nature. How else would one describe the so-called Law of Return for Jews only, squatter colonies on stolen Palestinian land, water usage rights for the benefit of only Israelis, and highways reserved exclusively for Jews?

The adoption of the “Nation State law” in July legalized the racist policies and practices of the Zionist State. Prior to its adoption on July 19, the Zionists practiced racism and discriminated against the Palestinians but they maintained the fiction that this was illegal. Now, discrimination and racism have become legal, albeit disguised by euphemisms.

Officially called “Basic Law — Israel as The Nation State of the Jewish People,” it has become one of the state’s Basic Laws (emphasis added). Officially, Israel is not a constitutional republic. Palestinians, who constitute 20% of the population and live inside the pre-1967 borders, have been rendered stateless and non-persons. There is no other state in the world like this. Israel is an apartheid state!
